How often do you send feedback on stories you've read?

As often as possible - it's the least I can do when someone's put all this work into writing a story
Whenever I read a really, really great story
Not as much as I'd like; I just don't have enough time
Only when I read a story which I just can't get out of my mind
I never send feedback - I'm a lurker
